Title: Afternoon workshop for beginners of all ages
Location: Parkend Memorial Hall
Description: An afternoon’s playing and learning for beginners of all ages – up to approx. grade 3 level. This will be led by Fiona Crawley assisted by members of the Forest Flute Choir. There will be time to meet new friends, learn new things, experiment, play new music from Hot cross Buns to Adele…afternoon tea will be served and we will finish up with a short, informal concert for friends and family. All welcome but please bring your own flute and music stand if you have one. ideally students should be able to play and read 5 notes – F, G A,B (Bflat) and C. There is a small cost of £5, which covers our music and hall hire. Please book in advance if you can, through this site.
